Client Roster Signing
The client will launch the secure GDC Database Services, secure portal and register and / or log in to their account. Once logged in, they can select their activity and sign in for their attendance. After that, the SUD Counselor can print the roster with all client signatures (all client signatures will be on the same document), but the client signing will only see their name. The rosters meet all Title 9 and State requirements.

SMS Texting Manager
The SMS Texting Manager makes it easy to communicate with your clients. Most clients have text messaging and will check text messages before emails. With the texting manager, you can send group messages to inform your clients of Holidays, Closures, Online meetings (Zoom) - call-in and password information, etc. Clients can send their counselor or the program messages quickly and efficiently. All messages sent and received are stored in the CMS database. You can print one or all of the messages, in addition to saving them in the client's electronic filing cabinet. You have the option to choose to send text messages and not receive them aswell, or you can send and receive.

The Integration sends your client's payment details to the CMS database where you can post to your client accounts with a click of a button.
